• All products are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects.
• If your item tears, breaks or otherwise malfunctions due to any defects in the product, please email us and attach a few photos showing the damage. Please also provide the date, store/ website name, address and details of the issue.
• Items that have been chewed and/ or abused will not be replaced or refunded. Regular wear & tear is common and varies, depending on the lifestyle of the dog, weather, elements and use.
• If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please email us at info@angelpetsupplies.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Please ensure that the item tags are not removed and that the items are new, in unused condition.
• Refunds are provided within 7 days of the item being received (lees shipping and handling charges), with the product in unused condition and the product tags. Please email us to begin the claim.
• Exchanges are provided within 14 days of receipt of the item. Shipping charges will be applied for returning, replacing and/ or resending . Item must be new, in unused condition with the product tags.
